Dog Deep on my List

Russ is so deep on my list it may take him a month to recover. I should probably tell you why...

I am peacefully drinking my coffee and hanging out with Musey while the boys are having a grand romp through the house. They are weaving in and out of boxes, jumping on furniture and generally having a grand time when I hear the distinctive sound of someone whizzing.

I knew it is Russ because Music was sitting next to me and Shaker was/is incapable of that volume. I launch myself up, yelling Russ NO! Now I was assuming he did the dirty deed in the family room near the boxes so I head toward the kitchen to pick him up and take him outside.

As my feet hit the kitchen floor, I land in the puddle and BAM I am laying on the kitchen floor like a bad yard sale. Yep, I slipped in a puddle of pee. Russ, Music and Shaker all came over to see if I was still alive. Alive--check. No broken bones--check. Mad--check!

Glad to hear you're ok, but man Russ, he's in for it now!!

Ewwwwwwwwww....but of course that's better than a pile of something else. ;) Unfortunately, I've stepped in that one cloudy morning, when my eyes weren't quite open. Yuck! Not the way to start a morning.

Ah the warm gooey feel between the toes or the wet sock feel on a cold rainy day. Yeah, been there done that, but not been a "bad yard sale" yet.

heehe

Ah yes the pile of doo...let's see that was two days ago. Shaker has a little accident and Rose stepped in it then proceeded to walk about the family room. Did I happen to mention that we have at least 100 boxes stacked about...made clean up a real joy!

Better than one of the times Wanda stayed with us and Boo left her a present right next to her bed. She stepped in it with bare toes and squeezed it between the toes. She wasn't happy, and said it was warm too. YUCK!!!

Yeah, I think her comment to Teddy that morning at the show was something like "my day started out pretty "shi**y", how are you?" hehe

Gotta love our 4-legged kids! :)

OMG that is just priceless. Well we ran out of Shaker's food so had to give him a different variety. Well let's just say that even though I have been diligent about taking him out the Spot Bot is getting a work out!
